• Website Development: If a website development project is canceled after work has begun, you will be charged for the portion of the project completed as of the cancellation date.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: For ongoing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, cancellations will result in full billing for any services rendered up to the end of the current billing cycle.

Digital Universe Network reserves the right to cancel any project or service at our discretion. Grounds for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, non-payment, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and you will be charged for work completed.

• All payments made to Digital Universe Network are non-refundable, regardless of the service type, whether it is website design, app development, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, or any other digital marketing service.
• By engaging in our services and making payments, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final product, partial delivery, or canceled services.

• Website Development: Once a payment is made and work begins, it is non-refundable, even if the project is canceled midway.
• Digital Marketing Services: Payments made for digital marketing services, such as SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, are non-refundable, as these services involve immediate work and expenses on platforms beyond our control.

2.3 Upfront Payments

• For certain services, such as website design or app development, an upfront payment or deposit may be required. Once paid, this amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
