3. Payment Terms

3.2 Payment is required in full or as per the agreed-upon installment schedule before the commencement of any project or campaign.

3.3 All payments for services provided by DUN are non-refundable. This includes fees for digital marketing services, website development, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC campaigns, and any other services offered. Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except as required by law.

3.4 Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information as requested for the delivery of our services. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or incomplete work, for which DUN will not be held responsible.

4.2 The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any legal and regulatory obligations related to the content and advertising campaigns we manage on their behalf.

4.3 The client agrees not to use DUN’s services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to the promotion of illegal goods or activities, spreading malware, or engaging in deceptive marketing practices.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property created by DUN, including but not limited to website design, graphics, written content, software, and marketing campaigns, remain the property of DUN until full payment is received.

5.2 Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website, design materials) will be transferred to the client. However, any proprietary tools, software, or methods used by DUN during the project remain the exclusive property of DUN.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 DUN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

6.2 While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our services, DUN does not guarantee continuous availability due to the possibility of technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up until the termination date.

7.2 In the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms by the client, DUN reserves the right to terminate services without notice.

8. Non-Refundable Policy

8.1 As per our payment terms, all payments made to DUN are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to website development, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads management.

8.2 By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any completed or partially completed services.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
